woven flat cables, Kapton® coating, length 0.5 m, D-Sub female connector to attach to the feedthrough, D-Sub male connector to attach to the positioners, connector material: PEEK, MACOR® on request

 

RT components

adapter cable at ambient pressure, length 2 m, D-Sub female connector to attach to the feedthrough, male D-Sub mix connector to attach to ANC350
